Tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative user interface solutions that align with values of accountability, challenge, and commitment. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize designs and ensure the best user experience across various digital products. Develop and maintain the front-end architecture of applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks while ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously challenge and improve the design and development processes at Syntivis AG. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, or a related field. Proven experience in UI/UX design and frontend development, particularly in the software development industry. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar, and strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team, reflecting our core values of accountability, challenge, and commitment.
