UI/UX Designer — Dubai

Business Bay, Dubai | On-site | £40k/year

Our client is looking for a high-calibre UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end design of our platform - a product with complex, systems-heavy workflows that need to feel effortless in the hands of the user. You'll be the person who turns complicated domain logic into interfaces people can actually use without thinking twice.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a product's design language from the ground up, working closely with engineering to see your work implemented faithfully.

What you'll do:

• Own the end-to-end design — user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes
• Deeply understand complex domain workflows and distil them into clear, usable interfaces
• Design and maintain a scalable design system and component library
• Craft detailed interaction and motion design, including micro-interactions and state handling
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented as intended
• Continuously refine the product experience based on user feedback and evolving requirements

What we're looking for:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, data- or systems-heavy product design
• Expert in Figma, and comfortable with modern AI-assisted design tooling such as Claude Design
• Interaction design expertise — motion, micro-interactions, state handling
• Exceptional ability to understand and simplify complicated systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to challenge and refine ideas with engineering and product
