WHAT DOES THIS ROLE MEAN?

As a UX agency, our first step is always about identifying the problem,
understand if the problem is worth solving. It’s the fastest way to find out if a
product is worth developing. We deep dive to gather every possible
information that will help us build the right product. No need to invest
months of time building a product. We use our Discover and Define process
to de-risk our customer’s software investment. It helps to ensure we build a
solution that actually satisfies the clients’ users requirements and solves

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

• Interacting with multiple stakeholders and technical team
• Facilitate and collaborate with team to bring out desired solution

which aligns with business needs and user goals

• Self-motivated to get things done
• Being positive to take feedback and take iterative approach to design
• Craft development ready designs
• Preparing UX deliverables (user flows, user journey, user personas)

and articulate design solution
