Description

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who can build user-centric, modern, and intuitive digital experiences. The role is responsible for translating business needs and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces across web and mobile. Responsibilities Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing. Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Deliver responsive UI designs for web and mobile. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure accurate implementation. Improve user experience based on feedback, session recordings, and analytics. Keep up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and standards. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or related field. 2–3 years relevant experience in UI/UX. Hands-on proficiency with Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch (or similar tools). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Strong portfolio showing real UI/UX case studies. Preferred Experience in motion design / micro-interactions. Solid understanding of design systems and components. Familiarity with usability testing and digital analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, etc.).

Responsibilities
