QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development, with emphasis on call center/customer-facing solutions.
  • Proven expertise in AWS Connect (contact flows, IVR systems, integrations).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, and Amazon CloudWatch.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with voice user interface (VUI) design principles.
    Job Type: Contract
    Pay: $44.91 - $50.09 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Design and develop intuitive UX/UI solutions tailored for call center and customer-facing tools.
  • Build and optimize AWS Connect contact flows, IVR systems, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, and CloudWatch to enhance user experience and system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and apply user feedback to continuously improve designs.
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
