If you are motivated by challenge, inspired by technology, and ready to grow with a company that truly invests in its people, your journey starts here. 👉 Why We Need You UX/UI designer is responsible for evaluating product and technical requirements and translating them into user flows, wireframes, and mockups. 👉 What You’ll Be Doing Gather and evaluate user or business requirements in collaboration with product team, marketing, developers, and other stakeholders Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, etc Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Works closely with Frontend team for interactions & micro-interactions of a website and ensure that UI & layout is following the mock-ups Review website and app products to assure that user flow is followed and UI elements are correctly implemented Collaborating effectively with product, developers, and other stakeholders Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience 👉 What You Bring to the Team Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Portfolio of design projects Knowledge of Figma is a must Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Good time-management skills Knowledge in HTML & CSS is a plus 👉 Why You’ll Love Working with Us ☐ Employee Benefits & Advantages At Provido Global, we value our employees and nurture a culture of progress and creativity.
