Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, surveys, and competitive analyses to uncover user needs, pain points and behavior. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to improve usability. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation. Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency. Perform usability tests, synthesize feedback and iterate designs rapidly. Ensure responsive and accessible design across multiple devices. Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align designs with business goals, presenting rationale, trade-offs and research findings throughout the process. What would you need? Experience: 3+ years designing digital products end-to-end. Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tools. Knowledge: Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), usability heuristics, and interaction patterns. Basic Coding: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
