We need a UX Designer who starts with the user and works back from there. You’ll research, map, sketch and test your way to experiences that are simple, clear and actually solve the problem in front of you.

What you’ll do

• Run user research, interviews and usability tests, then turn findings into clear insights
• Create user journeys, personas, information architecture and task flows
• Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity screens for web and mobile
• Work closely with product owners and developers from idea through to launch
• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system
• Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• A strong portfolio showing your process, not just final screens
• Expert level in Figma, including components, auto layout and prototyping
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics and accessibility
• Experience designing for both web and mobile
• Ability to work with developers and understand technical constraints
• Clear communicator who can handle feedback and push back when it matters
• Clear written and spoken English, and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team

Nice to have

• Experience designing bilingual Arabic and English interfaces
• UI and visual design skills
• Experience in government, banking or e-commerce products
