JOB SUMMARY:

Quality annotation is one of the most important activity to be able to perform accurate Machine Learning and yet, it is probably one of the most boring activity ever for an operator. At CortAIx Factory, which aims to provide AI-related assets for internal and external purposes, we want to make annotation on Thales signals (radar, sonar, situation awareness, etc.) an exciting activity for anyone as long as providing the best annotation quality to provide top performing supervised machine learning solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant experience (at least 3 years) in UX/UI design including user research, web design, visual design, defining the theme and style
  • Strong skills in design thinking, sketching and wireframing
  • Have a strong understanding of human behavior and how people interact with technology
  • Good knowledge of user-centered design principles
  • Good knowledge of Draw.io, Figma, other similar tools
  • Effectively communicate designs to other team members and stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall user experience: identifying what brings value, how to reduce the cognitive load of the different operators, balancing internal and external needs, checking regularly that what is delivered brings the expected value and adjust continuously
  • Defining UI/UX designs, creating user interfaces that are both user-friendly and effective
  • Creating wireframes & mock-ups ready for implementation
  • Responsible for the look and feel of the website / application.
  • Optimize user experience and ergonomics on the following dimensions: guidance, workload, usability, explicit control, adaptability, error management, homogeneity, user satisfaction, cognitive load, stimulation
