About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Assistant) to support our design and product teams in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. This role is ideal for a junior designer or fresh graduate looking to build hands-on experience in user interface and user experience design. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements Support user experience research, including feedback collection and usability testing Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and UI components Ensure consistency and quality across all digital products Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Basic understanding of user-centered design principles Strong attention to detail and creativity Good communication and teamwork skills Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus Portfolio showcasing academic or personal projects is required Monthly salary of AED 3,500 Visa provided as per UAE Labour Law Medical insurance provided as per UAE Labour Law Annual leave and other benefits as per company policy
