We are currently seeking a UX/UI Developer to join our team. As a UX/UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated user experiences and interfaces for cloud applications using React, TypeScript, and CSS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications that meet our clients’ needs. This position works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN. This is not a remote position.
This position reports to the Director of Cloud Services.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree In Computer Science or related field
• 2-4 years’ experience with developing UX/UI for cloud native applications.
• Applications will also have a mobile presentation format.
• Experience with jQuery, ReactJS, TypeScript, and other JavaScript frameworks.
• Significant experience with CSS
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graphics design capabilities
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• XAML experience a plus
• Experience with other programming languages such C#.
• Experience with Blazor and/or Razor pages
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools.

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and CSS.
