Job Title: UI/ UX Engineer SME

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Engineer – Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design and development of intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces. As an SME, you will provide technical leadership, set UI/UX standards, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, UI architecture, accessibility, and performance optimization.

• Act as the go-to expert for all UI/UX-related design and development across the project or organization.
• Lead the development of scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
• Establish and enforce UI development best practices, code standards, and design patterns.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior UI engineers, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure high performance of applications across all major browsers and devices.
• Champion accessibility (WCAG/ARIA standards) and usability across all UI deliverables.
• Drive innovation in UI design and technologies, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues and bottlenecks.
