REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking an exceptional Senior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team in Boston. As a key member of our creative and cross-functional teams, you will drive design excellence by combining user-centered thinking, aesthetic sensibility, and technical expertise to build intuitive, high-quality digital solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web, mobile, and enterprise applications, including end-to-end design solutions.

• Portfolio: A standout portfolio that demonstrates your deep expertise in UI/UX design, showcasing your ability to create complex, user-centered design solutions with clear documentation of your design process.
• Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard design software. Experience with design systems management is a plus.
• User Research: Expertise in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and implementation. Familiarity with basic development workflows is highly desirable.
• Mobile-First & Responsive Design: Deep understanding of mobile-first design principles, responsive design, and optimizing user experiences across devices and screen sizes.
• User-Centered Design (UCD): Expertise in applying UCD principles throughout the product lifecycle, including accessibility standards, cognitive load reduction, and user flow optimization.
• Collaboration: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
