We’re looking for a crazy talented Marketing Designer with a strong love for UX/UI, brand, and emerging technologies to join the creative force behind the Yotpo brand. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pushes creative boundaries, experiments with new tools (including AI), and takes ownership from concept to execution. You’ll be part of a team that builds a forward-thinking, global brand and culture shaping digital experiences, marketing assets, events, and everything in between that connects our customers and partners to Yotpo. What you’ll do: Take projects end-to-end from concept, research, and ideation to polished execution Deliver a high level of craft across UX and brand: UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, design systems, and final assets Use modern design processes, including research, exploration, iteration, and stakeholder feedback Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and other teams across the company Understand the business and marketing strategy behind each project and translate it into strong design solutions Own your work managing timelines, assets, reviews, and approvals Explore and integrate AI-powered tools to improve creativity, speed, workflows, and experimentation Requirements: 3+ years of experience in digital design A strong portfolio showcasing a wide spectrum of work, including branding and UX/UI projects Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, responsive and scalable design High proficiency in design tools such as: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (Principle or similar tools are a plus) Experience or strong curiosity around AI design tools (e.g. generative design, image/video generation, prototyping or workflow automation tools) Ability to work independently, make thoughtful design decisions, and own projects without heavy guidance Nice to have: Familiarity with AI design tools and emerging creative technologies, and a passion for experimenting with new ways to enhance design, UX, and brand storytelling. Illustration skills Motion design Experience with AI-based creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT workflows, etc.) Front-end knowledge Video compositing and editing Experience working in SaaS companies Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication We’re a creative force with big ambitions building a trustworthy, inspiring brand that elevates the customer experience.
