At INDICO, we are looking for a passionate UI/UX Product Designer to become a part of our innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to crafting engaging and user-friendly digital experiences across our product lines. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business objectives, ensuring that our digital products are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. What you will do but not limited to: Study PRD, design briefs, define user flow, and determine product design requirements Conceptualize visuals and user experiences based on requirements Collaborate with copywriters, product managers, and engineers to produce final designs Participate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Define acceptable success criteria/metric of product design, and conduct effective usability testing to measure Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with product-brand guidelines Utilize and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines 3-5 years of experience in product UX-UI design, mobile app, mobile web, desktop web. Strong portfolio showcasing design principles and user-centered methodologies Strong experience with MUI design system, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator Experience working with front-end engineers to convert designs into functional interfaces Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and implement design decisions and research findings to stakeholders Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Passionate about empowering Indonesia’s digital economy and accelerating digital wealth distribution
