REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI majors will be plus.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts (C#, .NET, Python, or VB).
• Familiarity with UiPath Studio or other RPA tools (training/certification is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and apply automation in real-world scenarios.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED)

• Basic understanding of business workflows (Finance, Customer Service, or similar domains).
• Ability to map “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify gaps and inefficiencies in processes.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, O

• Assist in analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical automation workflows.
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
• Prepare process documentation including flow diagrams, user guides, and test cases.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging of existing automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional needs.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA and UiPath trends and best practices.
