Job Summary: A UiPath Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. They analyze business processes, create automation workflows, and ensure efficient bot performance

  • Lead the end-to-end development of RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
  • Integration with MS Office 365 leveraging DEVOPS and both Waterfall and Agile Practices.
  • Analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design scalable and maintainable automation workflows aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Ensure robust documentation of automation processes, including design, development, and deployment artifacts.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and RPA trends to continuously improve automation strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years using UiPath.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD) is highly preferred.
  • Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, Python, or VB.NET.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration in RPA is a plus.
