A3 Consulting LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated UiPath RPA Developer (Contingent) to join our team. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions with a focus on adhering to security and quality standards required for Public Trust environments. This role will work within a dynamic and fast-growing team to support government clients with high-quality automation solutions, primarily using UiPath. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in RPA development with UiPath.
  • 2+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (e.g., Python, C#, VB.NET).
  • Previous experience with RPA software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • UiPath Professional Certifications.
  • Experience with UiPath Document Understanding workflows and OCR technologies.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
  • Knowledge of data security, privacy best practices, and compliance standards relevant to federal environments.
Responsibilities
  • Build RPA automations using UiPath, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop, test, and implement automations for end-to-end business processes, optimizing workflows for efficiency and performance.
  • Make adjustments to RPA automations during development, testing, and hyper care stages to meet success criteria.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of RPA workflows to ensure quality and functionality, including executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and logging/fixing defects.
  • Support and maintain project documentation requirements, including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), code repositories, and test plans.
  • Review UiPath code and automation solutions to ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver automation solutions on schedule and according to project goals.
  • Ensure that all automated processes comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations.
