About the Role As an Accounting Manager within our Support & Education team, you will play a key role in helping accounting firms and their clients successfully implement and maintain compliance with lease accounting standards. You will work closely with clients to provide technical guidance, deliver training, and help shape scalable solutions that improve adoption and user experience. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that combines technical accounting, client interaction, and software innovation. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging software demonstrations to prospective accounting firms Support accounting firms and their clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing support Provide prompt, professional, and personable service through our support ticketing system Take ownership of client issues from identification through to resolution Collaborate with Product Management to communicate client feedback and support future product improvements Drive client success and adoption by delivering a high-quality support experience Respond to technical accounting queries in writing and via client meetings Provide clear and practical guidance on lease accounting requirements Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client workflows Assist in developing Knowledge Base content, particularly relating to FRS 102 Deliver training sessions to software users Collaborate closely with the Accounting Support & Education team Required Skills & Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Solid understanding of accounting principles Knowledge of, or willingness to develop expertise in, FRS 102 Section 20 and IFRS 16 Strong client-focused mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven approach Confidence working with and learning new software applications Preferred Qualifications & Experience 3–7 years of experience working with clients in a B2B environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or Chartered Accountant qualification Experience working in a fully remote environment Why Join Crunchafi?
