We are looking for Call Center Agents to join a fast growing account in Quezon City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets At least a College Graduate Must have at least 1 of US or UK banking collections experience Must be conversant in both spoken and written English Amenable to work fully on-site in Quezon City Amenable to work on shifting schedule Can start ASAP
