  • Attention to detail will be required when reviewing emails & policy documenations
  • Clear communication needed when liaising with stakeholders
  • Will need to be highly adaptable and comfortable with both working on your own initiative and as a keen team player too
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the stakeholders within the business
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing the highest level of service to clients/brokers/AXA Companies
  • Recognise work priorities and organise time effectively, raise any potential delays to the Manager
  • Be capable of using Microsoft Word and Excel to a good standard

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Producing Offices regarding referral documentation
  • Maintain and control multiple mailboxes, ensuring timely replies & actions
  • Manage good working relationships with all stakeholders and handle escalations
  • Maintain accurate up to date files of policy wordings, certificates and endorsements.
  • Ensure Clients & Brokers receive their documents in a timely manner.
  • Provide reports to the UK Incoming Team and Operations Manage
