This will be an onsite role with the primary responsibility to ensure that the UK flight operations operates in the safest, most efficient and customer focussed manner. The UK Operations Manager ensures the Skyborne operation makes optimum use of all training assets, including aircraft, simulators and instructors, including Theoretical Knowledge Instructors, Flight Instructors and MCCi based across the UK operationKey Responsibilities:Daily planning and allocation of resources to support the flight school programmeManaging and standardisation of the Operations OfficersEnsuring all operations paperwork and reporting is completed timely and accuratelyMaintaining the operational software systemsLiaising with other departments within the ATOMaintaining the tactical plan of hours flown and classes taughtHandling internal and external contracts, ranging from executive to administrative levelsQualificationsPrevious Operations experience (minimum 5 years preferred)Previous experience working for an ATO (desirable)Previous experience in Operational software (Flightlogger and Aeroplanned desirable)Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to motivate and encourage staffAbility to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week based onsiteWe are committed to offering the most competitive benefits package, including:25 days paid annual leave + 8 bank holidays (based on 5-day working week)Generous pension schemePrivate health careLife assurance schemeDiscounts with corporate partnersFree on-site parking Opportunity to work with a supportive, inclusive team environment Compensation: GBP45000 - GBP50000 - yearly
