Are you ready to embark on an exciting career as a Customer Service Advisor? Our team is seeking proactive individuals for a fixed-term role supporting the Warm Home Discount Scheme, representing and fostering relationships across diverse communication channels. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service for a critical government financial aid scheme, assessing and processing applications meticulously. You will communicate outcomes to applicants, handle challenges, and ensure adherence to guidelines. Your contributions will significantly impact community support and equitable access. Full training and support will be provided.
Seize this exciting opportunity to support the Warm Home Discount Scheme, which runs annually from October through to March, and develop a rewarding career in customer service with HGS. We have multiple start dates available from 20th October 2025. This is a full-time, fixed-term position (37.5 hours per week) until March 2026, with working hours scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Apply today to register your interest!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer Service/Contact Centre experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Management Skills

  • CPU Gen5 2.4GHz or above
  • 4GB of RAM (preferably 8GB)
  • Chrome / MS Edge browser fully updated
  • Antivirus program installed and kept up to date
  • No screen recording software should be installed on the PC
  • Proof of full virus scans periodically will be requested
  • Bandwidth 10-15Mbps minimum
  • USB Headset
  • Webcam (not for calls)
