As a UK Retention Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing client relationships within the UK market, focusing on client engagement, retention, and business development. This role requires individuals who can proactively build strong, long-term client relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
You will handle company-provided leads, manage high-value clients, and work to maximize deposit volumes through excellent communication, effective persuasion, and strategic retention efforts. This position is ideal for proactive, results-driven professionals with experience in the Forex and online trading industry.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Forex or Online Trading in Sales, Account Management, Retentions, or Business Development.
  • Proven experience in managing high-value clients and driving significant deposit volumes.
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms, client psychology, and retention tools.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills; fluent in English (additional European languages are advantageous).
  • Results-driven, proactive, and target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to client needs.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools will be advantageous.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with high-value clients by understanding their needs, handling objections, and providing effective solutions.

  • Lead Management: Work with company-provided leads (no personal client book required) to maximize opportunities and grow client deposits.
  • Trading Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Forex, trading platforms, and client psychology to guide and educate clients on trading opportunities, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed retention and deposit targets while contributing to the overall success of the retention desk team.
  • Communication: Conduct professional, fluent, and persuasive conversations in English to build trust, encourage deposits, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, support, and management teams to maximize retention strategies, improve processes, and achieve business goals.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up to date with financial market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide clients with relevant and timely insights.
  • Performance Reporting: Accurately track client interactions, deposits, and performance metrics, preparing reports for management as required.
  • Problem Solving: Address client concerns effectively, escalate issues when necessary, and collaborate with team members to resolve challenges promptly.
