JOB SPECIFICATION
Reports to: Divisional Managing Director
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Based: St Albans, with occasional travel to regional offices (Warrington and Glasgow)
Salary: Competitive salary
Additional Pay: OTE £60,000 to £80,000 per annum and Car Allowance
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a smart, ambitious, UK Sales Business Development Manager with experience in the Corporate Security industry to join our Sales team. Ideally you will have experience in a business-to-business solution sales environment. You will be an effective communicator with a thirst for success. Ability to make tight deadlines and achieve KPI’s. You will be responsible for delivering new sales within the construction sector. You will be responsible for leveraging the Evergreen value proposition, learning and understanding the client’s needs and tailoring a solution to suit. You will be a team player, building on your own performance and sharing strategies and plans with your colleagues to achieve common goals and KPI’s.
