BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR 3 SALES EXECUTIVES TO COVER INCOMING ENQUIRIES FOR THE UK BREWDOG BARS
We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for two UK Sales Executives to join the UK team.
In this role you’ll support the UK Head of Sales in managing incoming event and booking enquiries for BrewDog bars across the UK.
You’ll be part of an experienced sales team working out of BrewDog Waterloo, and will work with other Sales Executives to successfully convert incoming enquiries through building rapport with each guest to understand their requirements, creating bespoke packages and proposals and upselling. You will also be tasked with collecting payments and pre orders on time, as well as identifying any special requirements and clearly marking these on every booking.
The role will also include the organisation of large upcoming events in BrewDog bars across the UK, through completing detailed handovers and liaising with kitchen and front of house teams where required. To ensure that only the most appropriate bookings are confirmed for each individual venue, you will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a venue database full of detailed information about all of the bar’s capacities and capabilities.
There is a proactive element to the UK Sales Executive position, which will include reaching out to previous large events and upselling to auto confirmed bookings, amongst other tasks for specific bars.
