Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Generation: Develop, manage, and close a robust opportunity pipeline using the company’s CRM, ensuring alignment with revenue target.
  • Team Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including sales, product management, product engineering, and marketing, to ensure VOC and customer needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Channel Collaboration: Partner with external channel partners to drive opportunities and maintain strong alignment on customer strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and close a robust order opportunity pipeline using the company’s CRM (Deal Machine), ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Account Leadership: Lead and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving sales processes, increasing market penetration, and driving account mindshare.
  • Solution Delivery: Provide innovative, strategic solutions that address the needs of key industry players, showcasing Druck’s value proposition.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and channel partners to drive customer satisfaction and scalable loyalty.
  • Market Engagement: Leverage industry knowledge and business strategy to align Druck’s offerings with customer needs and identify emerging trends to drive future opportunities

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within test calibration equipment, or related fields.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of pressure measurement technologies and calibration processes, with the ability to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.
  • Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, fostering a culture of shared success.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive and results-driven approach, capable of working independently to achieve demanding targets.
  • Relationship Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building trust and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK industrial manufacturing and process markets. Desirable knowledge of Power Stations, Process and Refining plants, EPC’s and MIS (Main Instrument Provider) UK accounts.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with extensive travel (approximately 60% of working time) and overnight stays as needed
