QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Finance or relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience managing functional and/or technical resources supporting Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler applications.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a complex Healthcare or similar industry with Unions and multiple payroll companies setting.
  • Must have in depth knowledge of UKG Time and Attendance, Data Hub, Advanced Scheduler, Absence Management, Analytics modules.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler products.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM product.
  • Must be able to function in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Must be able to accept customers need to constantly prioritize projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities on an ongoing basis while maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements meet business objectives.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Pay policy standardization is preferred.

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full-time, Day
  • Will be required to travel to different affiliates within the health care system as needed.
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Understand the functional capabilities of the applications and supporting infrastructure.
  • Work with business owners to understand business priorities and support the configuration of software to enable supporting processes.
  • Work with Payroll Managers to enable key processes leveraging standard application capabilities and configuration.
  • Develop and communicate a technical vision to address short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Follows IT/departmental standards, procedures, and project documentation requirements
  • Manage projects related to the UKG Pro WFM and other products
  • Provides strategic and operational expertise to business owners and stakeholders to ensure seamless and accurate payroll management.
  • Monitors the application of time attendance policies, procedures and programs to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives and vision.
  • Monitor the application, document and analyze problems.
