Description
At arrivia, we make brands better through the power of travel. We are currently seeking a high-impact UKG HRIS Analyst to serve as our internal UKG expert and data architect. Our current ecosystem is complex—built over time with separate configurations that don't always flow together. We need a problem-solver who can navigate the "manual drag," bridge the gaps between our UKG modules, and leverage Business Intelligence (BI) to turn raw data into executive-level insights. This is a critical 18-month mission as we optimize our current environment and eventually prepare for a future system transition. Key Responsibilities * BI & Advanced Reporting: Master the UKG Business Intelligence (BI) tool to build complex, automated reports and dashboards that help leadership make informed business decisions. * Problem Resolution: Act as the primary "troubleshooter" for system discrepancies, from resolving timekeeping punch errors to managing intricate user access permissions. * System Optimization: Audit our existing UKG setup to find resolutions for disconnected data flows and ensure the system operates as a cohesive unit. * Workforce Management (WFM): Provide deep technical expertise in the newer WFM pieces of our environment to ensure accuracy in tracking and labor management. * Integration & Maintenance: Oversee the core UKG pieces, including UKG Ready and various sub-projects, ensuring integrations with payroll and benefits remain seamless. The Ideal Profile We are looking for a technical specialist, not a generalist. While we value broad HR experience, this role requires a candidate who has "gone under the hood" of UKG Pro. * UKG Mastery: You must have extensive, hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro). Experience with "UKG Ready" alone is not sufficient; you need a deep understanding of core UKG architecture. * BI Expert: You are highly comfortable with Business Intelligence (BI) tools. You don't just run reports—you build them from scratch to solve complex data challenges. * WFM Specialist: You possess significant experience with Workforce Management modules and understand the nuances of timekeeping and labor data. * Analytical Mindset: You enjoy the "detective work" of HRIS—finding out why data didn't load and fixing the root cause. * Education/Experience: 3+ years of dedicated HRIS Analyst experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Why Join arrivia? * Unlimited PTO: We value work-life balance and trust you to manage your results. * Incredible Travel Perks: Explore the world with exclusive discounts through our powerhouse brands like ICE, SOR Technology, RedWeek.com, and WMPH Vacations. * High Visibility: Your work in Notion and UKG will directly impact executive-level strategy and operational efficiency. About Us arrivia is a global leader in travel loyalty and branding, with a team spanning the US, Mexico, Portugal, and the UK. We stay curious, keep it real, and win together. If you are a proactive self-starter who lives for data integrity and system optimization, we want to meet you. Ready to take our HR technology to the next level? Apply today.
Responsibilities
The analyst will serve as the internal UKG expert, focusing on mastering the UKG Business Intelligence tool to build automated reports and dashboards for leadership decisions.
