Description

The UKG Pro WFM Change and Training Specialist is responsible for leading end-user training, communications, and change management initiatives related to the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platform. This includes supporting user adoption of modules such as Scheduling, Timekeeping, and Absence Management. The specialist partners closely with HR, operations, and IT teams to design and deliver training programs, develop change strategies, and ensure a smooth transition during system implementations and updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Education, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in training, change management, or organizational development roles.
  • Must be able to travel up to 20%.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based HCM/WFM systems, with strong knowledge of UKG Pro WFM preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance.
  • Experience developing eLearning content and using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar.
  • Strong facilitation skills and comfort presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of UKG Pro WFM tools and processes.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for managers, employees, and administrators across all WFM modules.
  • Create instructional materials such as eLearning courses, user guides, quick reference cards, and FAQs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, including one-on-one coaching and group workshops.
  • Develop stakeholder communication plans and create content for email campaigns, presentations, and intranet updates.
  • Gather user feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and change support.
  • Partner with system analysts and project teams to stay informed of new features, enhancements, and implementation timelines.
  • Track and report on training, adoption and compliance metrics, identifying areas for reinforcement.
  • Support go-live activities and provide hyper-care support during major rollouts.
  • Ensure alignment of training and change efforts with organizational culture, policies, and strategic goals.
