Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your Role   Lead and Support end-to-end UKG Pro WFM or Dimensions implementations, configurations, integrations, and support for global clients. This role requires strong functional knowledge paired with technical skills to deliver workforce management and labor optimization solutions.   Implement and configure UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduler. Design time rules (work, pay, break, exception) and structure business hierarchy and policies. Your Profile Develop custom reports, Hyperfind queries, Analytics, and support device and mobile configurations. Execute data migration, support configuration changes, troubleshooting, and incident/problem management. Participate in full project lifecycle: requirements, fit-gap analysis, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), go-live support, and hypercare. Document system configurations and business processes; train end-users and mentor junior staff.
