JOIN THE TEAM

We’re seeking a UKG Program Manager to join our Store Operations function. This role will be the key connection between IT Corporate Systems, Store Operations, Distribution Centres, and our external partners, ensuring our workforce management platform (UKG Dimensions) delivers value and keeps pace with business needs to help us deliver on our strategy.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a UKG Program Manager working for Kmart you will:

  • Drive the ongoing optimisation of UKG Dimensions across Kmart and Target, making sure the platform works smoothly for stores, DCs and support teams.
  • Manage product updates and releases, reviewing impacts, coordinating testing, and ensuring seamless rollouts.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritise workloads, capture requirements, and manage system change requests.
  • Oversee user adoption by developing training materials, guiding teams, and monitoring compliance across the business.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance functionality and streamline operations.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE:

  • Experience in program or project management, ideally with exposure to workforce management systems.
  • Ideally 12 months experience with UKG Dimensions.
  • A strong understanding of store operations and rostering, plus the ability to engage with frontline teams.
  • Experience in training facilitation, change management, and process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical detail and turn it into clear, practical guidance.
  • The drive to challenge the status quo and deliver better outcomes for teams and customers.
