SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience delivering in SAP PaPM, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, cost accounting, and profitability analysis.
  • Minimum 3 implementations in SAP PaPM
  • Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients
Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an SAP PaPM – Senior Manager.

  • Participating in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements.
  • Learning about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.
  • Customize SAP PaPM (Performance and Profitability Management) meet the specific needs of clients, including Allocation models, PaPM functions, Characteristics & Key Figures, Master data and Reporting
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP PaPM, considering best practices and industry standards.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP PaPM architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
  • Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team
  • Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.
