Core Responsibilities As a Safety Analyst, you will protect platform integrity and enforce safety standards through the following tasks: Media Review: Monitor and evaluate user-submitted material—including videos, images, text, and profiles—to verify strict compliance with platform rules and regulations. Community Safety: Detect and address toxic, harmful, or deceptive content swiftly to preserve the platform's integrity. Issue Resolution: Manage reported accounts and escalated safety concerns with a high degree of precision and attention to detail. Candidate Profile Requirements (Must-Haves): Linguistic Capability: Exceptionally strong Ukrainian language skills alongside a solid command of English (B2 level) required for corporate communication and training modules. Work Authorization: Must possess a valid EU Citizenship, a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Documentation. Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive online material calmly and thrive in a fast-moving, shift-based work setting. Preferences (Nice-to-Haves): While previous experience in customer care, helpdesk, or content moderation is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
