Core Duties Content Screening: Monitor and assess user-submitted media—including text, images, videos, and profiles—to confirm full compliance with community policies. Platform Security: Flag and eliminate malicious, abusive, or misleading material to safeguard the integrity of the digital space. Issue Management: Resolve escalated user reports concerning account locking, security threats, and safety issues with high precision. Professional Standards: Maintain an objective mindset and empathetic demeanor while meeting specific speed and quality benchmarks. Candidate Profile Linguistic Aptitude: Mastery of the Ukrainian language along with a solid command of English (B2 level) required for corporate training and internal communication. Right to Work: Applicants must hold a valid Portuguese Residency Card (Título de Residência), European Union Citizenship, or official Refugee Documentation. Background: Prior experience in content moderation or customer care is a plus, but not mandatory. We offer comprehensive, professional training to ensure your success. Compensation & Roster Base Income: €1,237 Gross per month (distributed over 12 months). Weekly Commitment: 40 hours per week, structured over 5 working days. Shift Breakdown: 8 hours of active duty per day with a 1-hour meal interval. Rotation Schedule: Shifts are organized from Monday to Sunday, falling within the 07:00 to 00:00 (Midnight) operational window. Relocation Support (For Candidates Moving Within Portugal) We ensure a seamless transition to the capital for applicants moving to Lisbon from other Portuguese cities: Travel Coverage: Reimbursement for your initial domestic transit expenses to Lisbon.
