The Role Are you eager to establish an international career path in Europe's most sun-drenched capital city? We are looking for driven, Ukrainian-speaking individuals to integrate into our multicultural team in Lisbon. In this position, you will serve as an essential protector for the community of a leading global social media network. You will collaborate with a focused team aimed at maintaining a safe, civil, and encouraging online experience for millions of active users every day. Contract Terms & Scheduling Base Salary: €1,237 gross per month (distributed over a standard 12-month timeline). Hours: 40 hours weekly (spread across 5 working days). Shift Window: Variable rotating timetables operating between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight), Monday through Sunday. Primary Responsibilities As a Content Analyst, your core mission is to oversee platform protection and apply user guidelines by executing the following actions: Media Verification: Examine and judge user-submitted content—such as profiles, text posts, graphics, and video clips—to ensure total alignment with corporate standards. Risk Prevention: Detect, report, and delete inappropriate, deceptive, or abusive material to shield the digital ecosystem from harm. Incident Resolution: Manage and process escalated user grievances regarding profile security, exploits, and guideline breaches with high attention to detail. KPI Alignment: Keep a neutral, understanding mindset while meeting target metrics for processing volume, speed, and accuracy. Candidate Profile Mandatory Qualifications Linguistic Fluency: Native or near-native command of Ukrainian, alongside a solid grasp of English (minimum B2 level) to successfully complete company onboarding and internal corporate communications. Right to Work: Applicants must hold current EU citizenship, a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or recognized Refugee Status paperwork. Mental Adaptability: Comfortable viewing potentially sensitive online media and capable of succeeding in a fast-moving setup with changing shift rosters. Preferred Attributes Previous experience in online safety, digital moderation, or client care is a plus, but not required. We offer full professional training to ensure your success. Domestic Relocation Assistance (Within Portugal) To facilitate a smooth move to the capital for employees relocating from other areas of Portugal, we offer a comprehensive support package: Transit Compensation: Financial reimbursement for your initial travel costs to Lisbon. Corporate Lodging: A private bedroom located inside a modern, shared company apartment starting on your first day. Bureaucratic Aid: One-on-one administrative support to help adjust your local tax identity (NIF), social security profile, and local address registration. Company Culture & Benefits Career Progression: We heavily endorse internal promotion, frequently helping frontline analysts step into upcoming vacancies as Quality Auditors, Instructors, or Team Leaders. Wellness & Healthcare: Complete private health insurance, dedicated mental health resources, and corporate wellness initiatives. Dynamic Workspace: Perform your daily duties in a cutting-edge, tech-forward corporate environment alongside a diverse team from over 50 different countries. Lifestyle Perks: Complimentary Portuguese language lessons, corporate sports leagues, surf outings, and regular employee social gatherings.
