Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce a unique opportunity for Ukrainian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the automotive industry. If you are passionate about cars and customer service, this position allows you to engage with vehicle enthusiasts and assist them with their inquiries in a supportive and friendly environment. You will contribute to providing excellent service and resolving issues to enhance the customer experience within the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian. Assist customers with vehicle selection, maintenance tips, and service appointments. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Document customer interactions for record-keeping and future reference. Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure customer needs are met. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information. Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Prior experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry, is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for vehicles and knowledge of automotive terminology. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Familiarity with customer management software and computer proficiency. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
