Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Ukrainian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Biotechnology industry. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for science, technology, and helping others. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to biotechnological products and services, providing outstanding support in Ukrainian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, research services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian. Provide information on product features, usage guidelines, and compliance standards. Assist customers with order management, including tracking shipments and processing returns. Resolve customer problems and inquiries efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Work closely with the technical support and sales teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers. Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, and company policies to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the biotechnology or life sciences sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computing applications. Willingness to work flexible hours when needed and adapt to changing customer requirements.
