This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about finance and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to financial services, ensuring they have a positive experience while communicating in Ukrainian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding financial products, account management, and service options via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian. Provide detailed information on financing options, application processes, and account features. Assist customers with transaction inquiries and reporting any discrepancies or issues. Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and address customer needs. Stay updated on finance products, industry regulations, and company offerings to provide informed responses. Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry. Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easily understandable manner. Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in using CRM systems and familiar with basic financial terminology.
