This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional support to clients seeking healthcare solutions. As a customer service representative, you will assist patients and healthcare providers in navigating services while communicating effectively in Ukrainian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, and insurance coverage via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian. Provide information on available healthcare options, medical procedures, and facility services. Assist patients with the appointment scheduling process and follow up on inquiries regarding their healthcare needs. Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to enhance service delivery and patient experiences. Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients. Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer care. Ability to understand and manage sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple inquiries. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
