Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for Ukrainian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the pharmaceuticals industry. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to supporting clients and healthcare professionals by providing vital information and assistance related to pharmaceutical products and services. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service in Ukrainian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescription processes, and health-related questions via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian. Provide accurate information about product usage, side effects, and interactions. Assist healthcare professionals and patients with order placement and fulfillment. Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about pharmaceutical developments and regulatory guidelines to provide relevant information. Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Empathetic approach to customer interactions and a commitment to patient care. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
