This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media and digital communication, and who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service. As a customer service representative, you will engage with users in Ukrainian, helping them navigate social media platforms and resolve any inquiries they may have. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to social media account management, features, and troubleshooting issues via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian. Provide guidance on platform functionalities, best practices, and community guidelines. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively while aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries. Stay informed about platform updates, trends, and social media strategies to best assist customers. Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in the social media or technology sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Adept at managing multiple inquiries and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is desirable.
