Make a Difference The Ultrasound Technologist in MFM performs diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Exceptional communication and patient care skills Aptitude toward the team philosophy Ability to work independently without direct supervision Basic computer skills Sterile procedure Provides correct patient identification, technique, education, instruction, and transportation, as necessary Operates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment with proper technique Meets all computer and documentation competencies Education: Graduate of an Accredited Ultrasound Program preferred Licensure/Certification: Current ARDMS (OB or AB or RVT) Certification OR Current ARRT(RT)(S) or ARRT(RT)(VS) Registered OR Current CCI (RVS) Registered Experience: Two years of Radiology or one year of Ultrasound clinical experience preferred. This experience may include participation in a JRCERT, JRCDMS, or CAAHEP accredited training program.
