In the role of an Ultrasound Technologist at Sollis Health you will be responsible for performing diagnostic Ultrasound examinations and ensure that proper information has been obtained. You will also support our front desk and medical teams, when needed. This is a piece-rate pay model. How piece-rate pay model works: A Sollis patient needs a scan. You will receive a text message asking if you are available to come into our facility to scan a patient. If you are available, let us know and you arrive to conduct the scan(s). You are paid based on the outline below Compensation: First Scan on Pt- $400 Second Scan on Same PT - $200 Additional Pt Scan - $400 Cancellation/No Show - $200 Responsibilities: Perform high quality Ultrasound examination on incoming patients. Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage supply inventory. Upload any forms required by Simon Med into the Simon Med system (Konika) Send images to the Simon Med Pacs system upon completion Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Experience: We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have: Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology Program required Current license to practice as a Sonographer in CA Must have RDMS, RVS, or ARRT(S) certification or will be certified within 6 months of hire Registered by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, required Ability to perform abdominal and pelvic ultrasounds (including 1st trimester OB) Ability to perform vascular ultrasounds (carotid, aorta, extremity venous and arterial), a strong plus Range: Piece Rate Pay Model as Noted Above This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in Southern California.
