Résumé du poste : Le rôle d'un responsable de la planification média est de superviser et de gérer notre produit de planification média intégré et d'assumer un rôle actif dans l'entreprise. Le gestionnaire de la planification média aidera à l'élaboration de stratégies médiatiques et de procédures d'exploitation et sera également responsable de la direction, du mentorat, de l'encadrement et du développement des employés. Ce rôle vous oblige à travailler au sein d'une équipe de planification média intégrée pour vous assurer que le produit est fondé sur des connaissances et une expérience, ce qui se traduit par des exécutions médiatiques sans faille. Responsabilités : Responsable de diriger la préparation, la rédaction et la présentation de plans média intégrés, de propositions et d'analyses qui répondent aux objectifs du client et qui vont au-delà du cahier des charges. Maintenir l'intendance et la responsabilité du plan média, en évaluant et en surveillant régulièrement l'exécution. Assurer la liaison et favoriser le partage des connaissances avec d'autres disciplines à l'interne, les organismes partenaires et d'autres départements pour s'assurer que les connaissances des média et des clients sont à jour. S’assurer que tous les plans média adhèrent aux valeurs, aux philosophies et aux processus de l'agence. Diriger la préparation et la présentation d'évaluations des opportunités médiatiques, des tendances médiatiques et des questions d'intérêt pour les clients. Connaître les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et des objectifs du client, en veillant à ce qu'un suivi soit en place pour les vérifications au besoin. Gérer et animer une équipe d'employés. Communiquer efficacement les objectifs de l'agence, gérer les charges de travail, fournir une rétroaction continue sur le rendement et soutenir le développement professionnel. Interviewer et participer à la décision d'embauche des employés si nécessaire. Gérer avec précision et efficacité les exigences de planification quotidienne du client, avec une solide compréhension des objectifs commerciaux et des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) du client. Informer la direction des défis et des opportunités potentiels en ce qui concerne la gestion des clients et/ou des personnes. Influencer la prise de décision en encourageant les stratégies appropriées et les avantages des offres aux clients. Participer à d'autres projets de l'agence/de l'équipe et à des présentations de nouvelles affaires, au besoin. Superviser le contrôle des supports financiers, y compris les autorisations d'achat, la facturation et les rapports de contrôle budgétaire, et s'assurer que les écarts sont résolus en temps opportun. Qualifications: Une formation professionnelle ou éducative en Marketing et/ou en Publicité donnerait un effet de levier à cette application. Niveau d'expérience du gestionnaire en planification média intégrée. Histoire de développement de relations d'affaires positives et continues en mettant l'accent sur le service à la clientèle. Capacité à établir et à favoriser des relations et des partenariats solides, tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe. Capacité démontrée d'appliquer efficacement les connaissances et les idées acquises grâce aux ressources de recherche à la planification des média. Expérience antérieure de la gestion et du développement d'employés. Approche proactive de la résolution de problèmes, du soutien de l'équipe, du développement personnel, etc. La maîtrise des outils de recherche sur les média (par exemple, Clear Decisions, Vividata, Neilson) et des outils médiatiques (par exemple, Prisma) donnerait un effet de levier à cette application. La curiosité, avec une passion pour le développement continu. Expérience de la présentation. Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale). Position Summary The role of a Media Planning Manager is to supervise and manage our integrated media planning product and assume an active role on the business. The Media Planning Manager will assist with the development of media strategies and operating procedures and will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, coaching and developing employees. This role requires you to work as part of an integrated media planning team to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience, resulting in flawless media executions. Key Responsibilities: · Accountable for leading the preparation, writing and presentation of integrated media plans, proposals and analysis that satisfy client objectives and that go beyond the brief. · Maintain stewardship and accountability of the media plan, regularly evaluating and monitoring execution. · Liaise and foster knowledge-sharing with other disciplines internally, partner agencies and other departments to ensure that media and client knowledge is current. · Ensure that all media plans adhere to the agency's values, philosophies and processes. · Lead the preparation and presentation of evaluations of media opportunities, media trends and issues of interest to clients. · Awareness of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, ensuring that tracking is in place for check-ins as required. · Manage and lead a team of employees. Effectively communicate agency goals, manage workloads, provide ongoing performance feedback and support professional development. Interview and participate in hiring decision of employees if/when required. · Accurately and effectively manage client’s day-to-day planning requirements, with a strong understanding of client’s business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). · Inform leadership of potential challenges and opportunities as it relates to client and/or people management. · Influence decision making by encouraging appropriate strategies and benefits of offerings to clients. · Participate in additional agency/team projects and new business presentations as required. · Oversee financial media control, including purchase authorizations, billing and budget control reports and ensure that discrepancies are resolved in a timely fashion. Desired Skills & Experience : · Professional or educational background in Marketing and/or Advertising would give leverage to this application. · Manager level of experience in integrated media planning. · History of developing positive on-going business relationships with a focus on client service. · Ability to develop and foster solid relationships and partnerships, both internally and externally. · Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge and insights gained from research resources to media planning. · Previous experience managing and developing employees. · Proactive approach to problem solving, supporting the team, self-development, etc. · Proficient with media research tools (e.g. Clear Decisions, Vividata, Neilson), and media tools (e.g. Prisma) would give leverage to this application. · Curiosity, with a passion for continuous development. · Experience with presenting. · Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). · Independent thinker with highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). · Ability to travel as required.
