Unarmed Field Supervisor
Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking Licensed Unarmed Field Supervisors for the Cortez/Durango area!
This role serves as support for our Field Operations Team.
This person will need to: have the capacity to quickly learn and understand the day-to-day operations of our company, implement new initiatives and technologies, work across departmental lines to complete projects, and ensure they are exceeding expectations! This position is a key position and will have to daily manage their tasks to ensure alignment with the company and branch-level goals.
This position will be based out of the Cortez/Durango area. You must be able to be on call and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as you will be a part of the team responsible for the operation of a department that is supporting a 24/7 operation. Commitment and understanding the 24/7 nature of our work is a requirement for this position. As a leader in the company, this role will help steward the culture of the company, and must align with IPSC’s Core values, and be able to manage based on these values.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Ability to make sound decisions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working with office equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle for business needs
  • Ability to travel for work
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Ability to pass a skills tests
