Responsibilities * Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and visitors by maintaining a secure environment. * Conduct patrols in designated areas to deter criminal activities and enforce client policies. * Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies ensuring a swift and effective resolution. * Adhere to post orders, ensuring that proper security procedures are followed for every situation. * Prepare comprehensive reports detailing security incidents and daily activities. * Be able to reliably and consistently commute to Powell Butte. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age to be qualified to possess a security license. * Possessing an Oregon DPSST Security license is strongly preferred in order to be considered. * Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations * Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. * Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
