This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure atmosphere for patients, visitors, physicians, nurses, and staff members. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, observant, and skilled in communication and de-escalation. Hospital security requires strong customer service skills combined with the ability to respond confidently during emergencies.
