REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid guard card.
• Powers to arrest certificate.
• Valid drivers license or ID.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Actively monitor and report any signs of trespassing or vandalism, especially in the evening hours.
• Regularly patrol the dam area, focusing on the perimeter, particularly where the fence has been subject to tampering.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed logs of incidents and observations, and promptly report any security breaches or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
• Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.
