POSITION SUMMARY:   We are currently seeking Unarmed Security Guards to support the 24/7 operations of multiple customer facilities (GVA), located in the Baltimore MD area.  Various full-time shifts are available for enthusiastic individuals who currently possess a Top Secret/SCI, (TS/SCI), and are looking to become part of an expanding team within a large organization that can offer career growth potential.        RESPONSIBILITIES:   * Control access to facilities by monitoring sure equipment, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring all personnel entering the base have the proper identification. * Respond to situations on base using the appropriate escalation of force level by following established Use of Force Policy. * Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents that may occur during day or night. * Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity. * Maintains proficiency and safety in the use of all assigned equipment, and control devices.   QUALIFICATIONS:   * Minimum of 18 years of age. * High School Diploma or GED * Qualified candidates must possess at least 1yr experience in either Law Enforcement, * 3yrs Security, or the United States Armed Forces with an honorable discharge. * Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and able to multi -ask with little assistance. * Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are applied. * Successfully pass criminal, credit, and driving record checks. * Must be able to pass all training and obtain required certifications to include CPR, First Aid/AED. * Valid driver's license. * Current TS/SCI.     BENEFITS   Constellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.   * Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance * Paid Time-Off Program & Company Paid Holidays * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Insurance: Basic Life & Supplemental Life * Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts * Short-Term & Long-Term Disability * Personal Development & Learning Opportunities * On-the-job Training, Skills Development & Certifications * Corporate Sponsored Events & Community Outreach   WORKING CONDITIONS   Inside and outside of facilities, moderate to extreme temperatures.
